Google Calendar: connect, manage, and delete data
Google Calendar is optional and separate from signing in. Each user connects their own calendar; the connection is never shared with another user or tenant.
Connect Google Calendar
- Sign in to AI Sales Brain using email/password, an email code, or your existing account.
- Open Settings → Google Calendar.
- Read the disclosure shown immediately before authorization. It explains the exact Calendar data requested and why.
- Select “Continue to Google”, choose your Google account, review the two requested permissions, and approve them.
- Return to Settings and confirm that the connected Google account is shown.
Data used
AI Sales Brain requests calendar.freebusy to calculate available time without reading event titles, descriptions, attendees, or attachments, and calendar.events.owned to create, update, and remove meetings in calendars you own. No Gmail, Drive, broad Calendar, or calendar.readonly permission is requested.
AI/ML data isolation
Google Calendar data is used only for scheduling and employee coordination. Raw, aggregated, anonymized, and derived Calendar data is not sent to any external AI/ML provider or local AI model, is not included in AI prompts, and is not used to create, train, or improve AI/ML models. Free/busy blocks are compared with availability windows inside the AI Sales Brain infrastructure and are not retained as a calendar copy.
Manage or remove events
Events created by AI Sales Brain can be updated or removed from the meeting workflow. You can also edit or delete them directly in Google Calendar.
Disconnect and delete Google access
- Open Settings → Google Calendar and select “Disconnect and delete Google access”.
- Confirm the action. AI Sales Brain revokes the OAuth grant where available and permanently deletes the stored access and refresh tokens.
- You can independently revoke access at myaccount.google.com/connections.
- To delete the full AI Sales Brain account and its related integration records, contact info@wiin.agency from the account email.
If the connection, synchronization, or deletion fails, email info@wiin.agency with your Brain account email and tenant name. Never send OAuth tokens or passwords.
