Terms of Service

AI Sales Brain is a work service for meeting processing and company knowledge. By creating a company or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

A company representative may create a workspace. Employees join by administrator invitation and must provide accurate work information.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful work. You must not provide third-party data without a lawful basis, misuse integrations, or attempt to access another company’s data.

Integrations

The service connects to Zoom, Telegram, and other explicitly authorised integrations. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms; access can be revoked in the relevant integration settings.

Data and Hetzner

Core infrastructure is hosted at Hetzner HEL1 in Finland. Data categories, AI providers, backup limitations, and deletion terms are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing terms.

Russia restriction

We do not officially provide the service to customers established in Russia, and the service is not intended to process personal data of Russian citizens. Customers must not submit such data and are responsible for lawful processing, localisation, export, and classification. This does not exclude obligations imposed directly on us by applicable law.

Warranty and SLA

The service is provided “as is”. No response time, RTO, RPO, or other SLA applies unless agreed separately in writing.
